Tell us about your career:

Dion has been in the industry for just over 10 years. He has held every on-site position from Community Ambassador to General Manager. He has led his leasing teams to two Diamond Awards for "Student Community of the Year" and has won "Leasing Professional of the Year." He enjoys teaching at his local affiliate and serving on committees on the local, state, and national levels!

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Never give up! There will be days when you think "why did I get into this industry?" Just keep going! It will all pay off in the end.
