Tell us about your career:
My career in multi-family began in 2018 as a Leasing Professional. I quickly transitioned to Assistant Manager and remained in that role for 4 years. I've been with Greystar for almost 5 years and in my current role as a Real Estate Associate for 2.5 years. I enjoy the challenge it brings, the fast-paced environment, and enjoy being able to work alongside my coworkers on a daily basis.
As a Real Estate Associate, my daily tasks include community budget assists, coordinating due diligences, underwriting new and existing deals, and market research/data. I attend TAA events, community events, and volunteer as much as my schedule allows. I truly love being part of such a wonderful team.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
My advice for anyone starting in this field is to get yourself out there and meet as many people as you can. Attend local community events and networking events, volunteer, make yourself known. The relationships you build are steppingstones for your future.
