Tell us about your career:

I started in the industry as a leasing professional in 2013. I worked my way up through the multifamily industry and held many titles from, assistant manager and property manager of a lease up community, operations specialist, marketing associate, regional asset manager, and now in my current role am a Marketing and Asset Analyst.

I hold my CALP credentials, and serve as a mentor at the GCAA. 

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Give yourself some grace. It takes time and patience to learn something new. Don't give up when you get frustrated, continue to push and never quit. You will see your hard work and success pay off.

I love this industry and what it has provided for me and my family. I love the new and tenured friendships I have created.
