Tell us about your career:

I began my career in property management as a leasing consultant in 2006. About six months later, I was promoted to assistant property manager. I then left the industry to become a stay-at-home mom for my two beautiful daughters. Once my daughters were older, I had the opportunity to return to property management, and I eagerly jumped at the chance! I started again as a leasing agent and worked my way up to community manager. This past year, I earned my CAM credentials! This industry offers so much, and I can't wait to see what the future holds!

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Always ask questions and learn everything you can from your peers and management team!
