Tell us about your career:
I started in Multifamily in 1997 as a Part time leasing after college and quickly moved to Assistant and Property Manager. Loved being a Property Manager and worked for some incredible women that I still consider role models today that are highly active in the industry. In 2011 I transitioned to the associate side for Scent Air as a Sales Executive then Regional Sales Manager. In 2018 I made the move from a Regional to Director level with Elite Flooring. I currently cover the 8 branches in the southeast region and work at our corporate office in Atlanta. I have been actively involved in Apartment Industry for 24 years including numerous committee positions with TAA and 2 Board of Director terms. My best and closest friends are those I have met in the industry as well as my husband. I would say this industry has been a key driver in the trajectory of my career.
