Tell us about your career:
I have been an assistant property manager for 3.5 years, I enjoy the daily challenges and rewarding nature my career brings me. I left the retail industry in 2020 due to the pandemic and I wouldn't change that decision for the world. I am continuously fulfilled by the relationships I am able to foster with vendors, residents, and my coworkers. The constant opportunities to learn and grow are one of my absolute favorite parts of my job as well. I look forward to continuing my journey within the field, growing, and serving each community I touch to the best of my ability.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
STICK IT OUT! Some days are HARD! I promise though, it is one of the most rewarding careers, take any and every education opportunity that comes your way, and never, ever, stop growing!
