Marcie Williams is the Chief Strategy Officer for Bainbridge Companies, where she oversees Operations, Brand, Culture, and Growth. With more than 30 years of multifamily experience—including leadership roles at RKW Residential, Greystar, and Camden—she is recognized as a dynamic and respected industry leader.
Marcie has served as GCAA Board President, a founding member of its Education Foundation, and currently sits on the UNC-Charlotte Childress Klein Center for Real Estate Advisory Board. Her many honors include the AANC Hall of Fame (2021), the Lex Marsh Lifetime Achievement Award, and recognition as a Most Admired CEO by the Charlotte Business Journal.
She holds CAPS and CPM® designations and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
