Kristin Goins

Kristin Goins has been a dedicated professional in the association space since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of experience in member engagement, events, and communications. Known for her adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, she has built a strong foundation in customer relations while successfully managing diverse responsibilities that support organizational growth and impact.

At AANC, Kristin leads the development and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events, while also overseeing marketing initiatives, sponsorship programs, and social media strategies. In addition, she serves as staff liaison to multiple committees, fostering collaboration among volunteer leaders and ensuring alignment with the association’s mission. Her work is marked by a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, which allows her to deliver meaningful experiences for members and partners alike.

Originally from Michigan, Kristin relocated to North Carolina in 2008 and now calls the Raleigh area home with her husband and two children. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications/Public Relations from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Beyond her professional commitments, she is passionate about cultivating connections and strengthening the association community through innovative programming and collaborative initiatives.
