Zahira Fernandez

Zahira Fernandez is a Community Manager with Carlisle Residential Properties, bringing six years of multifamily housing experience in property operations, leasing, marketing, training, lease-ups, and community transitions. She has supported multiple property acquisitions and helped lead a successful lease-up that reached 95% occupancy within approximately 10 months, maintaining that performance after stabilization. Zahira has also developed leasing and operational procedures, supported team training and onboarding, and served as a mentor to leasing professionals, assistant managers, and community managers through Carlisle Residential Properties’ Mentor Program. With a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing, she brings a creative approach to leasing strategy, resident engagement, and marketing initiatives. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Zahira is passionate about developing strong teams, improving the resident experience, and growing as a leader through the AANC Leadership Lyceum Class of 2027.
