Tina Baker

Tina Baker is a Sales Executive with Apartments.com/CoStar Group and a 22-year veteran of the multifamily housing industry. She began her career in leasing and marketing before advancing into community management, holding positions with MAA, Lincoln Property Company (now Willow Bridge Property Company), and Pegasus Residential. In 2022, she transitioned to a full-time career in marketing and sales, where she focuses on building partnerships and supporting multifamily communities. Tina has received numerous industry honors, including two Gold Medallion Awards from Lincoln Property Company/Willow Bridge, the Flying Pig Award from Pegasus Residential, and the 2026 Supplier Partner of the Year Award from the Apartment Association of Western North Carolina (AAWNC). An active industry volunteer, she currently serves as AAWNC Treasurer, an AANC Board Member, and a member of the AANC Supplier Council. She will serve as Secretary of the 2027 AANC Supplier Council.
