Sarah Peifer

Sarah Peifer is the Regional Marketing Director at Highmark Residential, bringing a diverse multifamily housing background spanning student housing, LIHTC, senior housing, and conventional multifamily. Originally from Chicago and now based in Charlotte, she holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from UNC Charlotte. Sarah earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2009 and her Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) credential in 2020. With experience in onsite, regional, and corporate roles, she joined Highmark Residential in November 2023 to focus on marketing. An active member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, Sarah is passionate about professional growth and plans to complete Leadership Lyceum, Advanced Facilitator Training, and her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credential. Her long-term goals include becoming a VP of Marketing or pursuing a remote marketing career under the sun in Aruba. ¡Vamos!
