As a seasoned multifamily professional with 9+ years of experience with third-party and owner managed companies, Misty has the opportunity to oversee a variety of assets, including lease-up, renovation, senior, mixed use, and BTR. Her passion points are employee development, team building, and financial analysis. Misty’s future career goal is to join the asset management or client services side of the business. She is also a boy mom of an 8-year-old silly kid. She enjoys any activity on the water, spending time at the beach, and attending concerts.
