Liz Newkirk

Liz Newkirk (she/her/hers) is originally from Atlanta, GA, and has a background in marketing, analytics, content creation, leasing, and the creation and execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies in the workplace. Liz got her start working on-site as a Leasing Professional. Then made her way to Regional Marketing Director before switching to the Supplier/Vendor side of the industry where she currently serves as Manager of Digital Media at Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC. Liz serves as Co-Chair of the GCAA DE&I Committee and was recently nominated to the GCAA Products and Services Council as Secretary for 2022. In addition, she serves as Chair of the TAA Education DEI Task Force Education Subcommittee while serving on the ANNC State Suppliers Council. Liz obtained her Bachelor’s in Marketing & Public Health (Johnson C. Smith University), she has a certification in Organizational Culture and Diversity and Legal Environment (Arizona State University), a DEI certification (University of South Florida), and obtained a certification in Social Media and Digital Marketing (Clemson University). In addition to being a passionate, data-driven creative and DEI advocate and strategist, Liz loves her Lab/Beagle mix, Lola.
