Kim Hayworth is a talented Regional Manager with 22 years of consistent dedication to the multi-family property management industry. Motivated by a love for the industry and a keen desire for challenges, Kim brings a wealth of experience, specializing in business development, new construction lease-ups, and renovations. She began her career as an Assistant Community Manager with Drucker+Falk, where she was later promoted to Community Manager. Kim also worked at TriBridge Residential where she supervised a major value-add renovation project. She joined Bell Partners in 2014, was promoted to Regional Manager in 2017, and remained at Bell Partners before joining Greystar.
Kim holds several certifications that underscore her commitment to professional excellence, including Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, and Accredited Commercial Manager.
Known for her approachable and inclusive management style, Kim has a proven track record for building and nurturing high-performing teams. As a result, Kim has led teams to achieve award winning results to include Revenue Maximization and Expense Optimization. She is committed to encouraging and coaching her teams to meet budgeted NOI and improve customer service and resident retention. Specializing in new construction lease-ups, Kim has a passion for mentoring Community Managers through the start-up, pre-leasing, and lease-up process.
Beyond the professional realm, Kim is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She is actively involved in the Triangle Apartment Association and is currently serving as Co-Chair for the Special Events Committee.
