Katrina Mitchell graduated from East Carolina University and began her career in the multifamily industry in Greenville, NC, in 2007. Today, she serves as a Regional Manager with Carlisle Residential, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of communities across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. With nearly two decades of experience in the multifamily industry, Katrina brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a strong commitment to operational excellence. She is passionate about supporting her teams, fostering thriving communities, and delivering exceptional results. Her dedication and outstanding performance earned her the 2024 Regional Manager of the Year award from the Apartment Association of Western North Carolina.
