James Correa

James Correa is a senior maintenance and facilities executive with more than 30 years of multifamily housing experience, specializing in property operations, technical systems management, and portfolio growth. He holds an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and has supported portfolio expansion from 4,000 to more than 14,500 units in four years. James has extensive experience in maintenance due diligence, building system assessments, preventative maintenance programs, and developing standardized procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and asset performance. His credentials include a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) designation, HVAC certification, Black Seal Boiler Operator License, Certified Pool Operator (CPO) designation, and lead-based paint remediation training. Known for his hands-on leadership and technical expertise, James is passionate about building strong maintenance teams and scalable operations. Outside of work, he enjoys boating and scuba diving.
