Ashley Davoli

Ashley Davoli is an NAAEI Faculty member and Community Manager with Drucker and Falk, bringing 24 years of multifamily housing experience and a passion for industry education and talent development. Her background spans property management, business development, and operations, providing valuable insight from both the owner-operator and supplier perspectives. Ashley holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential. She previously served on the Triangle Apartment Association Board of Directors and co-chaired its PR and Community Outreach Committee for six years. She currently serves as Treasurer of Copper Circle and as a trustee on the TAA PAC Board.
