Organization Overview
We are an association of apartment communities, apartment owners, managers, developers, suppliers, and professionals in Western North Carolina who dedicated to promoting and advancing the needs of the apartment industry!
OBJECTIVES
The three primary objectives of the AAWNC are:
To promote goodwill and professionalism within the industry and the community.
To provide ongoing educational opportunities for all members.
To promote the continuing growth of our industry through legislative guidance and support.
Each of the above objectives is of vital importance to every member of the Association, especially now, as our industry prepares for a future of increased governmental regulation at all levels, increased competition, and diminishing profitability industry-wide. Our ability to adapt to the future successfully depends to a large degree upon our joint efforts in accomplishing these goals
