Whitney Nye

Whitney Nye began her career in property management with Riverstone Residential in 2009, starting as a leasing professional and progressing to assistant manager in 2012 and property manager in 2014. In her role as a property manager, she developed valuable skills in tenant relations, property maintenance, and leasing strategies, building a strong foundation in multifamily housing. In 2015, Whitney transitioned to the supplier side, joining Apartment Finder, which later became part of CoStar Group. Embracing opportunities for professional growth, she participated in leadership development programs and CoStar’s multifamily-specific mentorship program, strengthening her expertise in communication, team management, and strategic decision-making. Her success at CoStar recently led to her promotion to National Sales Manager.
