Tara Gerberich

Tara Gerberich has been in the apartment industry for 25 years working on both the owner/operator and supplier sides. Currently, she is the Strategic Accounts Manager for BGSF (formally, BG Multifamily) and has worked for them for 7 years. In her current role, she manages, builds and grows our key account portfolios on a national level by maintaining strong relationships with those clients. Previously with BGSF, she held roles as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager and the Director of Sales for the Triangle. Before BGSF, she worked as a Senior Sales Executive for a digital advertising company within the apartment industry for 8 years and as a Senior Property Manager for a national REIT for 10 years. Within all three companies, she has been recognized as a Mentor and has won awards including President's Club, Top Revenue Earner, the Leadership Award, Customer Loyalty Award, Most Valuable Player, and Property Manager of the Year.
