Stephanie Coble

Stephanie Coble is a Senior Multi-Site Community Manager for Cortland, overseeing communities in the Triangle market. With over 12 years of multifamily experience, she has held roles from Leasing Consultant to Community Manager, working with Bell Partners, First Communities, and Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors.

Stephanie earned her CAM certification and became a Notary Public in 2018. She was selected for the 2024 Triangle Apartment Association (TAA) Leadership Lyceum and is a 2025 participant in the National Apartment Association Advocacy Academy. Her expertise includes Class A communities, lease-ups, mid-rise developments, distressed assets, and full property renovations.

A dedicated industry advocate, Stephanie volunteers with TAA and the Apartment Association of North Carolina, serving on the Government Affairs Committee, PAC Board of Trustees, and Board of Directors, and currently serves as President of the TAA PAC. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her daughter, being on the water, attending concerts, crocheting, and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.
