Renata Rushing

Renata is a Regional Property Manager for Greystar’s Charlotte market, specializing in Class A luxury assets. She has more than 17 years' experience in multi-family property management throughout various Charlotte sub-markets, with experience in both stabilized and lease-ups for luxury mid and high-rise developments. She entered property management with Weinstein Properties in 2006 as a Leasing Professional. Renata continued her work with The Hanover Company in 2008 as an Assistant Manager, and then transitioned to Community Manager with UDR at The Residence at SouthPark. During her tenure, she gained knowledge and experience working for high-end institutional clients, while maintaining the highest rents in the Charlotte market. Renata joined Greystar in 2017 at Ascent Uptown, Greystar’s first development and investment project in Charlotte. As Senior Community Manager, Ascent Uptown captured record-breaking price per square foot rents and reached stabilization in 13 months. Renata was awarded Regional Property Manager of the Year for the Charlotte area in 2022. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received her degree in Sociology.
