Jessica is a dedicated Regional Manager at RKW Residential, bringing over 12 years of experience in property management. Her career began as a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, where her passion for the industry quickly became evident. Through hard work and determination, she has ascended to oversee a portfolio of more than 1,400 residential units, showcasing her exceptional leadership and management skills.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jessica is deeply committed to her community and the field of property management. She is actively involved with the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, where she has participated in numerous committees. Currently, she serves as the Co-Chair for the Programs Committee, contributing her insights and expertise to enhance industry standards and practices.
