Jeremy Seeland

Jeremy is the Property Manager for W.S. Wellons Realty Inc. which has been operating in Spring Lake, NC and surrounding counties for three generations. Jeremy was born and raised in Nebraska and spent 10 years in the military. The time spent in the military shaped and helped guide Jeremy to a career in property management and real estate. While serving in the military, Jeremy met his future wife Kristin, who is a native to Fayetteville and together have one son, Ethan. In addition to property management, Jeremy oversees the maintenance department, two storage facilities (NC, SC) and manages a private water company. Jeremy earned his Bachelor from Norwich University in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis.
