Eliza King

Eliza King began her property management career in February 2019 with Pegasus Residential. Over the years, she has advanced to become Senior Property Manager, currently overseeing The District Apartments in Asheville, NC. Eliza’s expertise spans stabilized, lease-ups, older, and retail assets. Since 2022, she has also served as an executive board member for the Apartment Association of Western North Carolina. As a proud Asheville native, Eliza is passionate about fostering community relationships and helping people find their home.
