Denise McGee

Denise McGee, a 30 year industry veteran, is the Business Development Director for Impact Property Solutions, currently covering the Triad, Triangle, Charlotte and Fayetteville markets.
After a few years in restaurant management right out of college, Denise fell into property management and realized early on this was the perfect career choice for her. She has worked on-site in leasing and marketing, at the corporate level in marketing and training, at her local apartment association (PTAA) as their Education Director and now, for the past 10 years, as a supplier partner with Impact. During this time, she earned her NALP, CAM and CAPS credentials.

Denise is an active member of PTAA, TAA, GCAA, GFAA and AANC, and serves on numerous committees at each association. She is also on the Board of Directors at PTAA. Her efforts were recognized with the President’s Choice Award at the 2016 PTAA Diamond Awards and as Volunteer of the Year at the YWCA Greensboro’s 2017 Annual Breakfast. Most recently, Denise served as the chair of the PTAA Executive Director search committee.
