Professional Bio
Camille Queen, who is a Regional Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina, joined Pegasus in February of 2020. Camille has been instrumental in the management of multiple assets in both the Asheville and Charlotte markets since her onboarding. She led her teams through Covid as an advocate for them, their residents, and her clients. Her outstanding performance led to her having been relocated to a larger asset with a high-profile client in Huntersville, North Carolina. There, she continued to flourish and develop phenomenal teams, promoting several employees along the way.
Camille’s willingness to help other managers in the market, coach future leaders, and be a resource to multiple regional managers has earned her this promotion to a corporate role, where she can continue to do so on a greater scale.
Camille has eight years of multifamily experience, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing that she completed online while working full-time in the height of the pandemic. She has worked on student housing, stabilized, and lease-up deals and has turned around underperforming assets. Prior to joining Pegasus, she also oversaw student communities in Ohio.
In 2022, Camille graduated from the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association’s Leadership Lyceum Program, and earned her CAM, while she also serves as a volunteer for multiple committees. She found her passion for apartment associations while serving as a volunteer on committees with the Apartment Association of Western North Carolina.
