Kim has been working in Association Management since February 2012; however her nonprofit experience began before then while completing her undergraduate degree at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Her association background consists of meeting and event planning, communications, volunteer management and internal operations. Additionally, Kim is an active member with both the Association Executives of North Carolina (AENC) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). She helped launch AENC's young professional's network, FUEL, and served as the committee Chair in 2015-2016. She currently serves on the Raleigh/Wake Partnership to End Homelessness Board of Directors.
