About AANC
The Apartment Association of North Carolina is a not-for-profit statewide trade association representing rental property owners and operators.
- AANC is not a state agency or regulatory body.
- AANC members may choose to use AANC's standard leasing forms and related documents. These forms may only be used by AANC members.
- AANC does not investigate or mediate disputes between rental housing owners and residents. We refer all resident complaints to the local apartment association in the area.
AANC has no vendor members, but these suppliers may join locally affiliated associations.
If you would like the name of the management company/contact person of your community please email AANC Executive Director, Ken Szymanski, ken@aaanconline.org
