    About AANC

The Apartment Association of North Carolina is a not-for-profit statewide trade association representing rental property owners and operators.

    • AANC is not a state agency or regulatory body.
    • AANC members may choose to use AANC's standard leasing forms and related documents. These forms may only be used by AANC members.
    • AANC does not investigate or mediate disputes between rental housing owners and residents. We refer all resident complaints to the local apartment association in the area.
    • AANC has no vendor members, but these suppliers may join locally affiliated associations.

If you would like the name of the management company/contact person of your community please email AANC Executive Director, Ken Szymanski, ken@aaanconline.org
